- All custom plushies will be shipped out in the span of 4-5 weeks! (maybe even sooner)
- All "pre-made" plushies will be shipped out in a week!
- International shipping to any country is available upon request! (plz send me an email)
Refund information:
- No refunds available for custom plushies unless I haven't started on your order so please reach out as soon as possible!
- Refunds available for pre-made plushies before shipment only!
- I am not liable if the shipping carrier has lost your package or if it has been stolen from your front door!
